Refund Policy – EdgeHabit

Last updated: 29 June 2026

This Refund Policy explains how we handle subscriptions, cancellations and refunds for EdgeHabit. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, particularly the section “Subscriptions, billing, renewals, and refunds”. In case of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

1. Digital, subscription‑based service

EdgeHabit provides digital, subscription‑based access to software features, analytics and tools that are delivered immediately after successful payment. Because access is granted and the service can be used as soon as a billing period starts, subscription fees are generally non‑refundable.

2. Non‑refundable fees and automatic renewals

Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • Fees are non‑refundable once a billing period starts, except where required by law or expressly stated by EdgeHabit (for example, in a specific promotion or written agreement).

This means we do not provide refunds for partial periods, non‑usage, change of mind, dissatisfaction with trading results or accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms.

3. Cancellation process

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will stop future renewals, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, but amounts already charged for that period will remain non‑refundable, subject to Section 4 below.

4. Exceptional technical or billing issues

In line with our Terms & Conditions, we may, at our sole discretion and where required by law, consider a refund or credit in limited situations such as:

  • A clear technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing EdgeHabit after payment and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge (for example, a duplicate payment).

Any such refund or credit will be assessed case‑by‑case, may require reasonable proof, and if approved will generally be processed back to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable time.

5. No guarantee of trading outcomes

Refunds are not provided on the basis of trading performance, P&L, win rate or any other trading outcome, because EdgeHabit does not control markets or broker execution and does not guarantee profits, returns or trading success. You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and results.

6. Taxes, gateway charges and third‑party fees

Applicable taxes, payment‑gateway fees, currency‑conversion costs and bank charges may apply to your payments. EdgeHabit does not provide market data; users connect their own broker APIs for their own use. Any third‑party broker/API or market‑data fees incurred as a result are separate from EdgeHabit subscription fees and are your sole responsibility.
